What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. All items will need to be returned in the orignal condition within 30 days of purchase.
Can I return a custom order?
We are unable to accept returns on custom items, but will work with you to ensure you love your piece as much as we do.
When will I get my order?
All stock on the site is available and ready to ship within 24 hours, unless it's a custom order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What's the difference between a custom order and custom remodel
A custom order is the creation of a new piece of jewellery from scratch. A custom remodel is taking your existing jewellery and turning that into a new piece of jewellery.
What's the process if I buy "Custom Size" at check out.
Select products have the ability to be custom made in your size. If you select custom size at check out, we will be in touch to gte your size and give you estimated delivery timing.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are handmade here in at The Pink Crucible studio in Auckland, New Zealand.
